Hi, I’m Carlotta.

WEDDING AND EVENT DJ, WHERE ELEGANCE MEETS INFECTIOUS ENERGY

Some DJs bring energy through the music they play. Carlotta does more: she radiates energy.

You see her behind the decks and immediately realise she’s not just doing a job. She dances, smiles, follows every change in the music, watches what’s happening in front of her and responds to the dance floor. She’s genuinely having fun. And when the person leading a party has that kind of natural enthusiasm, it inevitably rubs off on everyone else.

That’s probably one of the things that best describes Carlotta today: she’s got incredible energy.

Behind all that energy, though, is a musician whose journey goes far beyond her experience as a DJ. Originally from Ferrara, she entered the club scene at just 17 and soon began playing as a guest resident at Club Barracuda on the Adriatic coast. But music was already part of her life: she studied violin and guitar, sings, and over the years has also explored vinyl DJing. All of this has helped shape her broad musical taste and the sensitivity that now allows her to move between different genres without losing her identity.

Her career has also taken her to some very different settings. She has played at the Venetian luxury hotels Bauer, Londra Palace, Principe and Mirai, at events connected with the Venice Film Festival, and has shared the decks with artists such as Michel Cleis. She has also spent winter seasons at Super G in Courmayeur and Cervinia, playing for an international audience in settings where musical taste, image and energy all have to come together.

And that's exactly the combination we particularly love about her at weddings.

Because Carlotta isn’t “the elegant DJ” as opposed to a party DJ. She’s both.

During an aperitif or dinner, she knows how to accompany the event with carefully curated selections, keeping the music present without letting it become intrusive. She observes, listens and gradually shapes the musical journey. Then it’s time for the party, and that same sensitivity comes into play in a completely different way: Carlotta reads the dance floor, changes direction when needed, builds the energy and, most of all, joins everyone else in the celebration.

It’s not a small detail.

A dance floor can tell right away when the person behind the decks is simply doing their job well—and when they’re genuinely excited for what’s about to happen.

Carlotta definitely belongs to the second category.

Her versatility allows her to work with couples and audiences of all kinds, shaping each set around the couple’s tastes and the guests’ real-time reactions. There’s no “Carlotta playlist” repeated from one wedding to the next. Instead, she brings her own taste, experience and a DJ’s essential ability to know where to take the party next.

For MUSIC4, Carlotta embodies just this balance.

She has the elegance to fit in at the finest events. The musical knowledge to make the right choices. The experience to read a dance floor.

And then there’s that quality that’s much harder to teach.

She's ready to party. And when she gets going, that energy is contagious.

Every event has its own music. Every time is different. That's what Carlotta thinks, too.

Behind every event we create, there’s never a set “script,” but a bespoke plan shaped together with the couple. It always starts with a blank page, around an imaginary table where ideas, tastes, songs and memories come together to create something unique and unrepeatable. Each time, a different journey takes shape, created with them and for them: this shared process is what makes us DJs, and the Music, the true result of a team—and of a moment that will never come again.

What more can we tell you about Carlotta?

Wedding crashers!

The photos and shared moments simply tell the story of that day, with those people and that atmosphere: the magic of every event is that it can never be replicated, only recreated from scratch each time.

That’s why the music at an event is never a set formula, but the result of a bespoke approach, tailored to the people experiencing it.

Music thus becomes the unique and unrepeatable result of an encounter:

is born from the moment, intertwines with the emotions and takes shape only on that day, never to be repeated.
