Angelica’s background reflects a particularly strong musical education. After studying at the Orazio Vecchi Higher Institute of Music Studies in Modena, she earned both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in opera singing at the Achille Peri Conservatory in Reggio Emilia, graduating with top marks in both. Her artistic work includes numerous opera productions, concert performances and interpretations of sacred music, including Gabriel Fauré’s Requiem. Since 2024, she has also been a member of the Choir of the Accademia del Teatro alla Scala in Milan, taking part in productions connected with the Donizetti Festival in Bergamo.

This experience is reflected in her ability to perform a varied vocal repertoire, including compositions for soprano and mezzo-soprano. Alongside her, Elisabeth’s harp brings a particularly captivating sound, with harmonies, resonance and nuances that enhance the operatic voice without overpowering it. It is this balance between the presence of the voice and the delicacy of the instrument that gives the duo one of its most distinctive qualities.

The repertoire spans opera, classical and sacred music, with the flexibility to create different programmes to suit the occasion. At a religious ceremony, the duo can perform sacred repertoire in keeping with liturgical guidelines. At a civil or symbolic ceremony, the musical selection can instead include classical compositions and especially meaningful arias. At private concerts and cultural events, the ensemble can fully explore its chamber music character, giving more room to attentive listening and nuanced interpretations.

Angelica and Elisabeth have gained experience performing in music festivals, themed concerts, official events and events held in prestigious historic venues. Concert performance is an important part of their identity: they are not simply musicians who can accompany a ceremony, but performers who can offer a true artistic experience, where the quality of the performance takes centre stage.

The line-up can also be expanded on request with violin or flute, adding new tonal possibilities and enriching the interplay between voice and instruments. This allows for more varied programmes while retaining the project’s elegant chamber-music character.
